The article presents a case study of a 26 year old male who was brought to Emergency department with history of altered sensorium of 1 day duration with evidence of papilloedema and a round pale yellow spot near the optic disc. It is stated that intraocular tuberculosis occurs by haematogenous spread of mycobacterial organism and is a rare event.
