- Abstract
The article reports on the systematic review showing inconsistent findings of the effect of denosumab on children with osteogenesis imperfecta (OI), a rare, inherited disorder characterised by increased bone fragility, reduced bone mass and often short stature. It calls on for the need of large-scale, well-designed, long-term studies to clarify the effect of denosumab on paediatric patients with OI.
