- Abstract
The article focuses on the effort lead by the Partners in Amphibian and Reptile Conservation (PARC) to conserve amphibians, reptiles, and their habitats through public and private partnerships in the U.S. It states that the effort also aims to determine the causes and develop solutions to reptile and amphibian declines, range reductions, and extinctions. The members of PARC include U.S. federal agencies, Canadian provinces, tribes, conservation organizations and research laboratories.
