The article focuses on the treaty in the field of business and human rights (BHR) and United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and national-level implementation UNGPs by Human Rights Council. It mentions single BHR treaty and narrow-spectrum BHR treaty on abuses amounting to international crimes and contribute to strengthening human rights commitments. It also mentions human rights obligations on businesses with specific extraterritorial obligations on states.
