- Abstract
The article focuses on the principles of juvenile justice in Australia. It examines the three assumptions given by the authors of the report 'Three Dogmas of Juvenile Justice' published in the 2012 issue of the periodical "University of New South Wales Law Journal." Topics include the further offending impact of contact with the court upon juveniles, comparison of restorative justice measures against traditional criminal justice measures, and recommendations on youth crime prevention.
