- Abstract
The article reports on the demand coordination for security forces by China to stop the movement of Tibetans across its border to Nepal during a meeting on August 15, 2009 in Lhasa, China. According to the deputy chief of the Civilian Security Department of Tibet Li Sao, they want hotline contacts to be set up among the Chinese security personnel and the Nepali Security machinations. It cites the promise to convey the message to the higher authorities in Nepal concerning the demand.
