- Abstract
Ischemia of the hand may be secondary to angioaccess for chronic hemodialysis. A case of circulatory steal by a loop bovine graft in the forearm is described. The flow through the graft was decreased with an interposition graft, and a banding procedure was performed with excellent results. Chronic hemodialysis has continued successfully with no ischemic pain.
