- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 53-year-old male with complaints of a headache, dysphagia, and constant neck pain. Upon plain film imaging and computed tomography, it is revealed that the patient is suffering from styloid-carotid artery Eagle syndrome because of the presence of elongated styloid processes. The patient was treated by a right styloidectomy using the external approach with nasal intubation and after the operation, his headache and eye pain significantly reduced.
