Methods: A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated with intervention were randomly divided into study group and control group, 46 cases in each. The patients in control group implemented the traditional nursing care, and the patients in study group introduced a patient - family joint management on the basis of the traditional nursing. The incidence of coronary ischemic events and cardial functional grading were recorded at the end of the third month after discharge, and compared the coronary heart disease prevention knowledge mastery of patients between two groups at admission and at the end of the third month after discharge. Results; The incidence of coronary ischemic events at the end of the third month after discharge was 2. 2% in study group, which was lower than that in control group(8.7%, P<0. 05). The cardial functional grading in study group were better than that in control group at the end of the third month(P<0. 05). The scores of rehabilitation and secondary prevention of coronary heart disease were higher in study group than that in control group at the end of the third month after discharge(P<0. 05).
