- Abstract
The article comments on the issues relating to informal science education. The increase in museum attendance indicates that museum can be a source of lifelong science learning. The Association of Science-Technology Center have accounted 180,000 teachers nationwide, who are participating in professional development events provided by informal science education institutions. Aside from giving students a solid understanding of the important elements of science, it is also important for science teachers to prepare students for a lifetime of informal, free-choice learning.
