The article analysis the factors involved in the writ of certiorari granted by Supreme Court of U.S. Topics discussed include importance of attorneys, parties, lower courts, and amicus curiae in setting the agenda of the Court; analyses of the components of interest for assessing the factors responsible for certiorari; and factors that impact the likelihood of writ of certiorari success. It also mention in forma pauperis enacted for waiving of normal costs of appointment of counsel.
