- Abstract
The authors discuss abnormalities of patellofemoral joint. They state symptoms like knee pain that arise from pathology of extensor mechanism, and mention that patients experience unstable extensor mechanism due to improper muscle control. They note that orthopaedic surgeons prefer operation to correct anatomical abnormalities, and cite findings of several studies related to patients of the symptoms.
