- Abstract
Production of Antrodin C and Antrodin A in liquid fermetation of Taiwanofungus camphoratus mycelia was studied in terms of adding different fermented precursors (citric acid, maleic acid, glutamine, phenylalanine, inositol and tyrosine) and in situ extracting agents (soybean oil, peanut oil, canola oil, corn germ oil and olive oil) to the fermentation liquid, respectively. The results showed that regardless of precursors, no Antrodin A was detected in the fermentation product. Addition of 0.1 g·L-1 citric acid, maleic acid or glutamine resulted in a decrease in Antrodin C yield, whereas addition of 0.1 g·L-1 phenylalanine, inositol or tyrosine had no significant effect on Antrodin C yield. Addition of in situ extracting agents significantly increased Antrodin A yield. On the other hand, except corn germ oil, all the other tested oils resulted in a decrease in Antrodin C yield. Antrodin A yield reached 268.30 mg·L-1 by simultaneous addition of soybean oil and 0.1 g·L-1 phenylalanine, and Antrodin C yield reached 475.00 mg·L-1 by simultaneous addition of soybean oil and 0.1 g·L-1 inositol.
