- Abstract
The author reflects on environmental protection and the need for corporations to increase environmental efforts. It is the author's view that every industrial business enterprise has a responsibility to reduce their impact on the environment. Particular focus is given to automaker Volvo, which initiated an environmental program pertaining to the effective functioning of its vehicles. The author also discusses Volvo's efforts to reward environmental efforts in industry.
