The article focuses on dyads, triads and small groups as the members come together to work on projects and solve problems in health care settings. The author compares the dynamics of dyads, triads and small groups and discusses the experience of Catholic Health Initiatives, a nationally-based hospital system consisting of 76 hospitals in 19 U.S. states, in implementing the ONECARE project.
