- Abstract
Taking into account the seriousness with which international terrorism sent warning signs to the International Assault, this concept did not receive the necessary attention by September 11th. In the shadow of organized crime, internal conflicts, and international conflicts, international terrorism has been left to be a potential threat to the international community and the whole world. In the political-economic sphere, efforts have been made to prevent terrorism as a phenomenon long ago. To that end, a series of conventions and meetings have been organized, on which the main emphasis is placed on international terrorism. To a large extent, the September 11 terrorist attacks triggered a new evolution in security policy. The North Atlantic Alliance, for the first time in its history, calls for the activation of Article 5 of the Washington Treaty, under which the attack on the United States is an attack on all NATO members.
