- Abstract
The article presents case study of A 67-year-old male with a background of endurance cycling presented with syncope. Ambulatory monitoring revealed marked sinus bradycardia and implantable loop recorder uncover premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) and 3 episodes of ventricular fibrillation (VF) precipitated by a similar morphology PVC. VF is associated with truly chaotic electrical activity, long-duration VF is known to exhibit more organized patterns of ventricular arrhythmia.
