- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a seven-year-old boy with congenital long-QT syndrome type three. He was diagnosed with T-wave alternans (TWA), a beat-to-beat fluctuation in QT interval and T-wave morphology initiated by the rise in the heart beat followed by QRSTWA. The procedure indicates the disappearance of QRSTWA following the sudden prolongation of the R-R interval due to atrioventricular block (AVB).
