Processing Optimization for Improving Imported Acrylic Blended Yarn Splicing Quality.

- Abstract
In order to improve splicing quality of imported acrylic fiber blended yarn, splicing situation of imported acrylic fiber blended yarn was studied. Based on the principle of air splicer and particularity of imported acrylic fiber blended raw materials, qualification rate of splicing strength and splicing appearance were taken as indexes, splicing processing was optimized. It was pointed out that the most ideal twisting processing was detwisting air pressure 0.60 MPa,twisting air pressure 0.45 MPa,detwisting time 0.55 s,twisting time 0.1 s,twisting delay 0.69 s, twisting scale 2. It is considered that yarn material has a great influence on splicing quality, it is necessary to optimize splicing processing according to material.
