- Abstract
The purpose of this article is to describe the connective modalities appearing between the Centers and Research Institute in the School of Social and Economic Sciences at the University of Zulia in order to propose strategies for developing these modalities. The research was supported theoretically by the authors Solleiro (1990-1999), Fernández (1997), and Serna (2002). Methodology was of a descriptive, non-experimental, transectional field design. The instrument used was a mixed questionnaire applied to fifty (50) researchers; the stability coefficient was 89.8% reliability. Results revealed that among the dependencies, modes of connection do not exist; they are limited only to the diffusion of results. There are no joint training programs or solution to regional problems; contacts among researchers are personal. These results suggest proposing strategies for developing modalities from the centers and research institutes toward the authorities, with other centers in the School, personal connection modalities with researchers from other centers and a corresponding plan for execution.
