In an article titled "High-Voltage Recyclable Organic Cathode Enabled by Heteroatomic Substitution for Aqueous Zinc-Ion Batteries," researchers Weixiao Ji, He Huang, Siping Pang, and their colleagues introduce a high-voltage organic cathode material for aqueous zinc-ion batteries. This material is created through a heteroatomic substitution strategy and can be synthesized directly within the battery. The organic cathode demonstrates excellent recyclability, making it well-suited for large-scale energy storage applications in the future.
