- Abstract
During the last two decades in Latin America, there has been configurated different kinds of presidentilism that obey the transformations that happen into the systems of the political parties due to the institutional reforms. Those reforms have been given by the electoral setting with the objective of achieve a mayor flexibility in the democratic institutions changing the relationship between the executive and legislative powers caused by the political allies in the multipartisan systems. Taking into account the last decade in Colombia, it makes part of the political cooperation with the raising and consolidation of one alliance which aloud the executive to govern during two terms consecutives. It is pretended during the whole article to analyze the impact level of the executive power in the raising and consolidation of the political alliance of the national issue which established in this country in this country from 2002 to 2010.
