- Abstract
The article discusses an electron microscopy research on Leydig cells in breeding boars. The researchers examined cytoplasm, cell organelles and the type of junctional complexes that were observed between the adjacent cells. It was found that mitochondria has a high percentage of the mass and the volume of the cytoplasm and that the mitochondrial cristae can be longitudinally arranged in some cells.
