- Abstract
The article discusses U.S. courts and the judicial forcing of the quantification of risk in situations involving reviews of agency actions and determinations of whether probabilistic injury satisfies the injury-in-fact standing requirement as of January 2013. Other topics include U.S. congressional intent in regards to public health and safety regulations, as well as quantitative risk assessment (QRA) practices and policies. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is mentioned.
