- Abstract
In this article the author offers information on the issue of labor relations privilege raised during confidential conversation of employees with a non attorney representative. He further states that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) of U.S. has extended privilege in labor arbitrations to extend the attorney-client privilege. It also mentions to create a privilege that protects confidential communications between union representatives and employees during the grievance procedure.
