- Abstract
Information regarding the British Veterinary Association (BVA) Congress that was held at the London Vet Show in England on November 21, 2013 is presented. Topics include the lack of regulation regarding pet ownership and education as key to strengthening the message of animal welfare. Speakers include Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) head of the veterinary department James Yeates and Animal Welfare Foundation chair of the trustees Tiffany Hemming.
