- Abstract
The article discusses the participation of the George Eastman House's motion picture department in the creation of the Ford at Fox DVD box set, a release of existing films directed by John Ford at Twentieth Century Fox in the U.S. The author stated that the two films supplied by the Eastman House for the DVD set are the "Seas Beneath," produced by Fox Film Corp. in 1931 and "The World Moves On," produced by Fox Film Corp. in 1934. In addition, the "World Moves On" is the first film to receive the Motion Picture Producers and Distributors Association (MPPDR) certification. He emphasized that due to the joint efforts of George Eastman House and Twentieth Century Fox Studios, the best-quality material of the two titles can already be seen in anyone's home.
