The article discusses whether the bar examination-related reasonable accommodations that are provided to students and others with disabilities in America provide an unfair advantages to certain test takers, focusing on learning disabilities and the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The New York State Bar Examination and the U.S. ADA Amendments Act of 2008 are mentioned, along with court decisions in cases involving the legal rights of U.S. law school graduates.
