The article discusses research which examined associations between physician demographics, salary, and working with exemplary colleagues on the likelihood of changing jobs among burned out and non-burned out U.S. physicians in various specialties. Topics covered include the survey response rate, the limitations of the study, and the suggestions of the study with regards to reducing turnover.
