- Abstract
The article reports on the case of a 72-year-old widow who had psychomotor seizures presenting with visions five to six nights per week on falling asleep. She had a road traffic accident at the age of 28 where she sustained a closed head injury. She had several psychiatric episodes in the years that followed the accident. Although temporarily alarmed by the visions, which disappeared within seconds, she came to realize that they were not real.
