- Abstract
The article discusses the Internet freedom in social media and communication apps. It highlights the impact of Internet in increasing of censorship, trends in messaging and voice communication from social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. An overview on the key trends of digital media platforms such as security for free speech and privacy for law enforcement powers, is also emphasized.
