- Abstract
Perspective on language is no longer limited to language as a means of social thinking and definition, on the contrary, it has reached a philosophical field that reaches to affect and structure the circulating world with its speech approach. In an attempt to know the secrets of any artwork, it is required to "understand the secrets of language goes out of its normal grammatical structure and its displacement based on aesthetic logic to gain meaning, artistic structure and beautiful poetic dictionary" (Hafel Alyounes, 2020, s.710.) Circulation was first used by Noam Chomsky; puts the importance of grammar in the first place over meaning; It is a verbal branch that takes place after the theory of creating by transforming, focusing on formal language and pushing daily language into the background. Circulation also emerged to confirm the importance of examining the spoken language, which has a wider usage area than the official language and is used in daily life. Thus, it criticizes Noam Chomsky's theory that does not focus on context and meaning. In the simplest way, circulation can be defined as the verbal branch that examines the use of language and focuses especially on its use in daily life. (Ahmed Kaddur, Mabadii al-Lisaniyyat, 257) This study tries to adapt the effect of verbs in speech from the perspective of the Arabs, based on what Westerners put into circulation, to Omar b. Ebu Rabia's poems. So much so that, in his poems, it is seen that there are influences under the title of "the effect of verbs in speech" such as pledge and aphorism.
