The article presents several legal developments in marketing. One of the developments describes the Supreme Court case of Alexandra Fisher, et al. v. City of Berkeley, Calif., et al. The U.S. Supreme Court found that the city did not violate the Sherman Act by placing a ceiling on rent for all residential property. Another development describes the case of Local Beauty Supply Inc. v. Lamaur Inc. which was decided in a U.S. Court of Appeals.
