- Abstract
The effects of three different pretreatments of fine and lightweight aggregates wrapped with pre-saturated water, pre-saturated styrene-acrylic emulsion and surface styrene-acrylic emulsion on concrete were comparatively analyzed. The effects of damping performance, strength, shrinkage performance and anti-freezing performance were investigated using scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer (SEM-EDS). The soil microstructure was tested and analyzed. The results show that the three kinds of pretreated fine and lightweight aggregates can improve the damping performance, shrinkage performance and frost resistance of concrete. The pre-saturated styrene-acrylic emulsion light aggregate and the surface styrene-acrylic emulsion-coated light aggregate have a certain enhancement effect on the performance of concrete; the microscopic test results show that the three pre- The interface transition zone of the treated fine lightweight aggregate is dense, and the cement hydration products can diffuse into the pores of the lightweight aggregate, and the polymer adsorbed in the lightweight aggregate can be in the pores. Interstitial polymerization to form films and interpenetrating structures with hydration products.
