- Abstract
The article examines the federal constitutionality of chapter 71.09 of the Washington Revised Code and its release procedures concerning sexually violent predators (SVP). Topics discussed include cause defined by the U.S. Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) to qualify as a SVP; enactment of Community Protection Act in Washington; and the history of Washington Revised Code.
