The article discusses indigenous rights in context to Kenya. It informs that British colony of Kenya displaced endorois tribe from their land and enforced international treaties like the African Charter. It mentions that land dispossession is a major difficulty for indigenous people because large-scale developments destroy their lives and cultures. In international legal field and human rights discourses made provisions for the protection of indigenous rights.
