- Abstract
The article discusses the case Association of Irritated Residents v. California Air Resources Board and the environmental justice advocate's view on an emissions trading system. Topics discussed include the approach courts should take in assessing the impact of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions on a minority population as a result of emissions trading, reduction of GHG emissions and preservation of the rights of low-income and minority populations.
