- Abstract
The article discusses present-tense stem vowel (-e- and -i-) as used in the Konikovo Gospel, a late eighteenth century to early nineteenth century bilingual manuscript of 39 folia that is made of a vernacular Greek Gospel aprakos lectionary that made use of a Local Macedonian idiom of the Lower Vardar region. Topics discussed include the state of the current Macedonian dialect landscape and the pertinent reflexes in the Enidze Vardar dialect as used in Konikovo Gospel.
