- Title
What the New Landrum-Griffin-Kennedy Bill Really Means to Labor and Management.
- Authors
HOSS, RICHARD J.
- Abstract
This article presents an examination of the major provisions made in the Landrum-Griffin-Kennedy bill. The author sees this labor law as a victory for management. He discusses how the bill was shaped from earlier pieces of legislation as well as the opposition that was presented by the National Association of Manufacturers. The bill largely deals with the relations between employers and labor unions. The author discusses aspects of the bill that govern the use of secondary boycotts, citing this as an area of success for management.
