- Abstract
In this article the authors discuss the theoretical ideas originally specified by the epigenetics concepts of revolutionary interdisciplinary thinker Conrad Hal Waddington. They argue that in the age of post-genomic bioinformatics and laboratory tools, Waddington's epigenetics is more instructive and informative that it has been before. They note that his epigenetics is essential to the changing theoretical understanding of evolutionary developmental biology.
