- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 54-year old man with acute anterior myocardial infarction. The coronary angiogram performed with a guiding catheter has revealed the presence of mobile thrombus image in left main coronary artery (LMCA). The patient has received streptokinase diluted with 20 milligram (ml) of saline. Moreover, the patient has been referred to a cardiovasculary surgery clinic to undergo an elective coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) operation.
