- Abstract
The author reflects on the role of pentraxin subfamily while pentraxin 3 (PTX3) to diagnosis non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity (NCGS) and NCGS biomarkers. Topics discussed include association of celiac disease with specific human leukocyte antigen, the role of sentinels celiac disease also act as immune system sensors, and the role of PTX3 as mediator of inflammation in toxic glaidin ingestion and tissue damage.
