Network marketing is a diverse and complex business architecture. One could evaluate the network marketing organization, the corporate side of network marketing, or one could evaluate the individual business organizations of the independent network marketers. This analysis will evaluate the individual business organizations of the independent network marketer. The network marketer business for the analysis of power and politics in organizations are independent distributors associated with Young Living Essential Oils. Young Living Essential Oils is a global network marketing organization that is a leader in the essential oils segment of the health and wellness network marketing industry. The analysis will provide an evaluation of the role of power and politics within Young Living Essential Oils. The analysis will elucidate examples of organizational politics, other aspects of power, employee reactions to organizational politics, and employee empowerment or lack or empowerment within Young Living Essential Oils.
