- Abstract
The article presents case study of a 20-year-old female presented with complaints of dyspnea on exertion since childhood. It is noted that the patient was suggested to have a chest radiograph showing a small right hemithorax with prominent reticular opacities in mid and lower zones. It is noted that unilateral pulmonary vein atresia is a rare congenital anomaly where long segments of pulmonary veins of one lung are atretic.
