- Abstract
A case study a 25‑year‑old male patient admitted due to right‑sided tremor which had started 8 years ago progressed over the period spreading also to the lower limb within the last 5 years. Topics include ranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was within normal limits without a lesion in the midbrain and thalamus; and main criticisms regarding the efficiency of focused ultrasound (FUS) thalamotomy is the potential recurrence of tremor at follow‑up.
