The article presents a case study of a 55-year-old postmenopausal woman with intermittent right flank pain. She was diabetic, hypertensive, and obese. A hyperechoic lesion on the upper pole of the right kidney with large areas of hemorrhage was found through ultrasonography. The patient's condition was considered to be of adrenal lipomas.
