The article presents a case study of a 45-year-old man who was diagnosed with sciatica. It states that an extravesical mass at the base of his bladder was revealed after he underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). However, a normal urethra, non-obstructive prostate and normal bladder neck were confirmed through flexible cystoscopy.
