Abstract
The article discusses a survey on the number of diabetic pediatric cases nurses handle in England. It revealed that nurse to patient ratios are more than double the recommended standards resulting in increases in complications for diabetics. It suggests that the National Health Services invest in pediatric diabetic nurse specialists.
