- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 65-year-old man who was hospitalized for Stanford type A aortic dissection associated with a non-compressive and thick hemorrhagic pericardial effusion. He was administered with rivaroxaban for chronic atrial fibrillation. The patient had a history of pulmonary embolism and received fluid therapy and acetyl salicylic acid for myocardial infarction. It cites the need to produce an effective antidote as oral anticoagulant therapy of the patient.
