- Abstract
The article analyzes the Herring v. United States and Hudson v. Michigan cases as examples of crime-control model of judicial thinking. The model shows the impact of law enforcement efficiencies and the realities of police work on court's decision. The efficiencies expose the way in which contemporary law enforcement agencies evolve into fragmented entities.
